Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 7-10 days however it can take upto 20 days, if your chosen product is out of stock with us. All jewelry sold via the website is prepped against orders to maintain a sustainable production cycle.

Returns

Only items that are broken or damaged upon receipt are eligible for return.
Information about the same must be communicated within 48 hours to us by mailing us at Support@Zevaraat.in.

No returns or refunds are issued for custom on-order pieces and items purchased during sale or on discounted items unless received visibly damaged or broken.

Shipping of Returns:

If the product is found to be damaged on receipt, the customer can share the shiiping rceeipt with us and we will be happy to refund the same. 
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the said item to us at Support@Zevaraat.in.

Cancellation of Orders

Once confirmed we do not cancel any orders unless it is due to an exception such as - payment made by accident / payment wrongly made on your behalf, in which case please notify us within 48 hours, at ContactUs@Zevaraat.in  for initiating the cancellation.
